Booking Policies

Self Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.

Self Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

If you arrive before 3 pm, please park in the parking lot and feel free to enjoy the facilities until check-in time.

Dog rules

Dogs must always be on a leash, and owners must clean up after them.

WiFi and connectivity

Guests can use Free Starlink WiFi with no password needed and a charging station at the Welcome Center.

Parking

Each cabin features its private parking lot, complemented by additional on-site parking at the entrance for your convenience.

Flexible cancellation

Your 50% deposit is refundable, with a $20 cancellation fee, if canceled up to two weeks before your reservation date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay will not receive a refund on the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay, the full reservation amount will be charged.
