Developed in Québec, this innovative construction technique combines a double timber frame, straw bale insulation, and breathable, lightweight mortar to create a naturally insulated home that stays warm in winter and cool in summer.

  • In the winter, one case of wood is provided a day. Otherwise, firewood can be purchased at the cost of 25$ per vertical foot in our firewood cases, continently situated near the unit.

Booking Policies

Self Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.

Self Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

If you arrive before 3 pm, please park in the parking lot and feel free to enjoy the facilities until check-in time.

Quiet Hours

10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Dog rules

Dogs must always be on a leash, and owners must clean up after them.

WiFi and connectivity

Guests can use Free Starlink WiFi with no password needed and a charging station at the Welcome Center.

Bed & Bed Linens 

This unit comes with a Queen bed and two Queen pillows. Bedding (sheets, comforter and pillowcases) can be included for a 25$ additional fee. The sofa-bed can be made up for an additional fee. 

Parking

Each cabin features its private parking spot, complemented by additional on-site parking at the entrance for your convenience.

During periods of intense rain or during spring de-frost, we ask our guests to park in the parking lot to maintain our roads. If arriving during this period, please call 438-399-3920 from the parking lot and someone from the Terra Perma team will come bring you and your belongings to your unit.

Flexible cancellation 

Your 50% deposit is refundable, with a $20 cancellation fee, if canceled up to two weeks before your reservation date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay will not receive a refund on the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay, the full reservation amount will be charged.
